These Terms and Conditions are legally binding agreement in the form of public offer between Grama Global LLP ("us", "we", or "our") and the User ("you" or "your"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our www.igravecare.com website (the "Service").  

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Grama Global LLP is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.


Personal account on our Website allows you to use full range of our services, including purchases. When you create an account on the Website, you must provide us information about your active mobile number in international format, which is used for your authentication and as a personal login. You are responsible for safeguarding your phone number, which allows you to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your login. You must notify us, if your mobile number has changed and you would like to restore access to your account. Prior to restoration of access a check will be done to verify account ownership.


We use 100% prepaid pricing policy, which is grounded on solid return and refund guarantees. Our pricing depends on the country of location, type of a service, and the grave size.

We have developed a transparent price grid, which is based on the size of a serviced grave. Each grave has different area size, which directly correlates to the amount of work for its maintenance in relevant country. During the registration procedure each grave is measured and assigned a size multiplier. The larger grave, the higher price for its maintenance.

Please be advised that prices, currently published on the Service menu of the Website, are basic and calculated for small size graves for respective country. According to our statistics the majority of the gravesites are as of small size. Final pricing will depend on the results of gravesite measurement, conducted during your initial search order. Pricing grid include following categories:

  • #1 (small size) – less than 15 square meters, basic prices apply;

  • #2 (medium size) – from 15 to 25 square meters, basic prices multiplied by 1.5;

  • #3 (large size) – from 25 to 35 square meters, basic prices multiplied by 2;

  • #4 (extra-large size) – over 35 square meters, basic prices multiplied by 3.

Payment methods

If you make a Purchase in our Website account system, you will be forwarded to the secure payment system website to make an online payment with your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. We do not accept cash or direct bank account transfers.

Return and Refund

We guarantee our users with hassle-free purchase return and refund, which conditions stipulated in the below. Depending on the case we apply full (100% of the paid sum) or partial refund (paid sum reduced by our expenses amount). Please note that normally it take us a day or two to complete a cleaning order, and refund is not possible, when the order is successfully completed. In all eligible cases we guarantee a refund during a 30 calendar days from the moment of notification of the User.

Cancellation by User. It may happen that after registration of the order you decide to cancel it due to the circumstances. Please, inform us about it as soon as possible, sending your request and invoice number to info@igravecare.com. Our manager will promptly cancel the order or make changes in it. You may cancel your order without costs, if no expenses incurred by us pursuant to your order. In other cases, a full refund is impossible.

Return and refund in search orders. In all cases the User agrees to verify and guarantee correct information submitted in the search order form.

  • (a) Errors in the search order. Normally we do not check a data in the submitted order, but in some cases we may notice a misspelling or any other errors. In this case we will return the order back for your second verification. If expenses incurred by us pursuant to your incorrect search order, it will be eligible for 50% refund only.
  • (b) If the User submitted a complete search order form (e.g. all mandatory and optional fields are filled), and we did not find the necessary grave, we will make additional request to the User to provide a certificate of burial. If the User will send us a copy of a burial certificate, we will guarantee a 100% refund. If the User can’t provide a burial certificate, we guarantee a 50% refund.
  • (c) If the User submitted only mandatory fields in the search order form, and we did not find the necessary grave, we will make additional request to the User to provide a certificate of burial. If the User will send us a copy of a burial certificate, we will guarantee a 100% refund. If the User can’t provide a burial certificate, we guarantee a 50% refund.

We missed the deadline for cleaning. We are guaranteeing to you a 100% money refund, if the cleaning service (including regular and master cleanings and those, which are scheduled seasonally in your annual package) is not completed due to our fault before a respective deadline countdown is over.

Quality issues. Every time when the order completed and deadline expired you will receive an order completion report in your Website personal account. You expressly agree to accept or reject the order completion report by pressing respective button in the Website account system within 7 days period after order completion. By default starting from the 14th day, following the moment of order completion, the completion report will be accepted, if the User does not press neither accept, nor reject button. You agree to provide relevant reasoning, explaining your rejection of the completion report. We reserve 7 days for authorized staff of Grama Global LLP to review your complaint and to clear the trouble, if any, or to acknowledge the complaint as unreasonable. If the complaint is unreasonable, you agree to consider order as completed and not eligible for refund.

Cancellation by Grama Global LLP. We reserve the right to cancel, pause, or refund your order in full or partially at any time for certain reasons at our sole discretion. Such reasons include but not limited to: product/ service availability; severe weather conditions in the gravesite location; a conflict between Grama Global staff or our contractors and other relatives of the deceased person, any kind of religious organizations, public authority or third parties; any force majeure, including without limitation a wartime or civil conflict restrictions, public policy and other reasons.

Liability. You expressly agree that Grama Global LLP cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of cancellation or pausing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply. The terms and conditions of any other "Promotions" are independent of this agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grama Global LLP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Grama Global LLP.

Images copyright, storage and distribution

We reserve all rights in relation to the images on the Website, including those, produced in the course of our services provision. We have the right to delete images of gravesites from our Website and its account system in any moment without prior notice. Also we have a right to publish graves’ images on our Website, social networks or media.


We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Grama Global LLP and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Grama Global LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, subcontractors, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Grama Global LLP its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.


Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, under no circumstances will Grama Global LLP ever be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Service, these Terms, the subject matter of these Terms, the termination of these Terms or otherwise, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss, under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory or law or equity), regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing (including without limitation gross negligence and fundamental breach) by Grama Global LLP or any person for whom Grama Global LLP is responsible, and even if Grama Global LLP has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage being incurred.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
