iGraveCare offers users only online payment option. When you make an order in Personal Account, you will be forwarded to the secure website of a merchant service provider, where you can make an online payment with your Visa or MasterCard credit card.
iGraveCare has adopted a policy, a legally binding document, guaranteeing to user a money refund, if the paid work is not done due to iGraveCare fault. Please follow to the Term & Condition page to learn more about our policy.

iGraveCare is an online service for distant grave maintenance. Our dedicated team will provide graves search, cleaning, and maintenance services on the territory of Armenia, Israel and Ukraine.
You can use iGraveCare either as a mobile application or order services through our web platform www.igravecare.com. Both methods allow the user from anywhere in the world to maintain graves, located in Armenia, Israel and Ukraine. You can use the services, when register your personal account.
You Personal Account allows iGraveCare to identify and allocate graves to users. This allows you to track history of your orders and archive orders performance reports.
You can make a search order at the main page, by using Search Location form. Fill in all fields of the form and press Show Results button to check the cemetery location and weather it is covered by iGraveCare services. If you find a necessary cemetery in our database, you can press Make order button to complete grave profile and pay for search service.
If the necessary cemetery is not listed in our database, it means that our services do not cover this location. However, we are always trying to offer the best service to our clients and thus we can make individual option for you. Please send your query to info@igravecare.com.
The technology of the iGraveCare platform makes it possible to visualize the results of the assignment, namely, to fix the time of the performance report and geolocate the grave site, where the work was done. You can also compare reports, representing the grave condition before and after the work is done.

We use a simple two step registration procedure. Press the green Registration button in the upper right corner of the web-page. Then you will see a field to enter your mobile phone number, and the box, which you tick if agree with our Terms & Condition. When you press Receive code button, you will get a sms with 4 numbers code. Please, enter this code to in respective field to complete your registration procedure and create a personal account.
You can use iGraveCare either as a mobile application (iGraveCare for IoS or Android) or order services through our web platform www.igravecare.com. Both methods allow you to access your personal account pegged to unique mobile number. You don’t have to remember passwords or login.
You have to submit your query to info@igravecare.com with a subject “Retrieve access to My Account”. Your message should include following information: previous mobile number pegged to registered account; your current mobile number; list of  graves, registered in your account (including Name, Surname for each gravesite). After identifying you as the account owner, iGraveCare will reregister your account to new phone number and inform you through sms. iGraveCare reserve a right to request additional information about your account, allowing us to identify you as an account owner.
